Pauline Gallagher

Chief Executive Officer, FOPDAC

Pauline's company, Halcyon Properties is one of the most established and recognised names in Cyprus real estate. Fully conversant on how to go about investing in and buying property overseas, Pauline has become a regular contributor to newspaper and magazine articles. Pauline is also involved in TV, her latest credit being on Tonight with Trevor McDonald.

Within the industry she was elected six years ago onto the executive committee of FOPDAC (the Federation of Overseas Property Developers Agents and Consultants) and sits on their Professional Standards sub committee. In 2003 she was appointed Vice-Chairman and in January 2006 became their first Chief Executive Officer.

Dominic Farrell, the founder of Bewarethesharks.com is a full time property investor, entrepreneur and economist. He is the author of the Number 1 bestselling overseas property investment book, The Jet-to-Let Bible, founder and editor of the FREE Jet-to-Let Magazine and is a partner in an international property company.

Marc Da-Silva, aged 26, has worked in the property industry since he was 17 years old. He gained a degree in Media and journalism back in 2004 and went on to work as assistant editor of Property Investor News.

He is now working as a freelance UK and overseas property and investment journalist.
