A veteran of the UK and international property industries, Scott cut his teeth on the London Stock Exchange before he established his own property management company in 1989. This in-depth knowledge of the property markets defined his role as presenter of BBC2's Get A New Life and is synonymous with his reputation as an independent consumer advocate of the property issues that obsess the UK media and public alike.

As well as his work as a presenter and journalist, Scott has recently launched Intrepid Investments, an innovative international property consultancy.

Peter Conradi

Peter Conradi is the author of Fly to Let and Editor of The Sunday Times Home. He is a keen investor in real estate, both in Britain and abroad. A graduate of Brasenose College, Oxford, he has been a foreign correspondent based in a number of cities, including Moscow and Brussels, and is currently the newspaper's property editor. He is the author of several books and lives in London with his wife, Roberta, and three children.
