Property and Travel Journalist Sarah Woods is the former editor of the Red Guide to Buying Property in Florida and the current editor of the Retirement Property Guide. She is a regular contributor to Florida magazine, Homes Overseas and Overseas Property Professional and is an editorial consultant to SKY Televisions Real Estate TV.

Sarah was a guest on our Florida Show and exclusive Overseas Property Extra podcast. Sarah also gave her top tips on Florida hotspots Orlando, the Gulf Coast and Miami & the Florida Keys; in our Q & A podcasts.

Graham Pyle

Managing director, Florida Countryside

Graham was possibly the first UK estate agent to recognise the potential of the Florida property market, when in the mid 80’s he commenced a major promotion of Florida real estate to British buyers.

His firsthand Florida property market experience has provided him with the authority & knowledge to talk about all aspects of a typical non -resident property purchase.

Graham regularly conducts information seminars worldwide and his UK headquarters are linked via video conferencing to his Florida based real estate broker partner Allen Jackson, which helps he and his team to keep abreast of the ever-changing US property market. Recently Graham has expanded the service, Florida Countryside, to cover Panama and Turkey real estate.

Graham & Allen have appeared on several National TV programmes such as “I Want That House” “ A Place in the Sun” and more recently Graham was the featured guest on a Sky channel for “Property Kings”.

Robert Liebman

National Property Journalist

A London-based American journalist and copywriter, Robert Liebman has been a freelance journalist for 30 years, specialising in property and personal finance.

Robert wrote more than 300 “Hot Spot” columns in the Independent, identifying areas with the best property values throughout the UK. He also reports regularly on the property markets in America, Europe and the Caribbean for major newspapers and magazines and investor websites.

He is a regular guest on Sky Television’s “Ask the Property Experts” and also speaks at property trade shows. In addition to maintaining www.robertliebman.com, Robert is currently compiling a new website, www.propertywithoutpain.com.

Along with guesting on our second Florida Radio Show, Robert lent his expertise to a number of BuyAssociation Homes & Property Radio Shows.

Suzanne Morrill

Director, World of Florida

Suzanne is the director of family owned business, World Of Florida, which has been trading since 1992. Her company specialises in sales and rentals of homes in Florida, in the Orlando region along with the Gulf Coast and Miami.

The business was started by Suzanne's father in law, John, who went over to Florida to purchase his own home in Hudson on the Gulf Coast and was asked to come back and sell homes for the developer he purchased his home from. Suzanne took over the running of the business in 2001, due to John's retirement.

Suzanne owns homes in Orlando and on the Gulf Coast in Englewood, where she enjoys sailing with her husband Kevin.
