Laura Latham

Property Journalist

Laura Latham is a freelance property journalist who writers on a regular basis for publications such as The Independent and Observer newspapers and Homes Overseas, as well as the property sections of various in-flight titles such as Easy Jet and Velocity magazines. In addition, she has contributed to Esquire and several investment publications and websites, such as the Irish financial title The Investor and Trader Monthly in America.

Kate Hamilton

Property Journalist

Kate started out as a Sub Editor for a daily newspaper in Auckland before moving back to the UK in 2000. She then joined International Construction magazine as Associate Editor before moving on to Homes Overseas as Deputy Editor. After three years at this successful publication she was promoted to Editor, a position she held for 12 months. During her time in London she has bought and renovated five properties.

Kate joined Adrian Mills on our France Show and Overseas Property Extra podcast, where she revealed her favourite French regions. Kate also took part in our Homes Overseas Exhibition Special podcast, recorded at London's Earls Court.
