Ginetta Vedrickas is a freelance property journalist who writes for a range of publications on the overseas property market including The Times, Independent, Telegraph, Mail on Sunday, Sunday Business Post, Homes Overseas and Househunters in the Sun magazines. Last year she presented the BBC1 property series Staying Put. After years of dithering she recently bought her first overseas purchase, a house in Slovakia.
