Ray Withers

Co-founder, Property Frontiers

Ray studied Engineering at the University of Warwick before starting his career in the city of London. His first move into international property was as an investor, and as his expertise increased, he began to source properties for a range of colleagues and contacts in the Management Consultancy and Investment Banking communities of London.

Ray is one of the two founding directors of Property Frontiers and sits on the board of AIPP (Association of Overseas Property Professionals).

Ray took part in our first Investment Show, where he discussed ways to make money in overseas property. He also revealed his top tips in Overseas Property Extra.

David Cox

Co-founder, Property Frontiers

David studied Built Environment and Economic Development at Bristol University (to Masters degree level) and later in Singapore. Whilst studying he worked in UK Estate Agency for a number of years. He moved into international property as a private investor before founding Property Frontiers with Ray Withers.

David is the lead author of “Where To Buy Property Abroad – An Investors Guide” published by Vacation Works. David was also a member of the founding committee of the industry’s new regulatory body, the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals).

David joined Ray in our first Investment Show and was a member of the panel in our Caribbean Show. He also revealed gave us his investment hotspots in Overseas Property Extra.

Frazer Fearnhead

Co-founder, the Armchair Property Investor

Frazer Fearnhead is co-founder of the Armchair Property Investor, an investment consultancy he set up when he realised that there was a gap in the market for a company that could source excellent below market value property deals combined with a high level of advice and personal service. He has over 10 years experience in property investment and a personal portfolio of 19 properties.

Frazer was a guest on our second Investment Show. He also revealed his investment top tips in Overseas Property Extra.

Dominic Farrell, the founder of Bewarethesharks.com is a full time property investor, entrepreneur and economist. He is the author of the Number 1 bestselling overseas property investment book, The Jet-to-Let Bible, founder and editor of the FREE Jet-to-Let Magazine and is a partner in an international property company.
