Early in to the UK buy-to-let investment market and an avid traveler, Simon James combined these two loves by joining the international real estate market 5 years ago. Following a few private international investments of his own, the various issues, hurdles and complications of investing overseas showed Simon the need for a professional service dedicated to those individuals wishing to explore the more unusual international investment markets. Focusing on the investment product more than the lifestyle aspect, Simon is Sourcing Manager at Property Frontiers overseeing the country and regional research, selecting the best investment products for investors and negotiating the best deals with prime developers in those chosen countries.
