Duncan Farmer

Property Journalist

Duncan Farmer is a freelance journalist writing mainly about overseas property for the Mail on Sunday. He also writes for investment magazines and regularly contributes to radio shows on buying homes abroad. He studied languages at university and has lived in France and Russia, and now lives in Winchester with his fiancee. He is a keen golfer but is generally disappointed with the standard of courses being built around new property developments.

Gareth Griffiths

Special Projects Executive, Pam Golding International

Gareth Griffiths was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1995 and practised as a commercial attorney and conveyancer until 2000 when he completed a financial MBA at UCT's Graduate School of Business.

Thereafter Gareth completed an engagement with the Nedcor Group in their retail lending division before joining listed mining Group JCI Ltd as group corporate finance manager, tasked with assessing, structuring and financing strategic investments outside of mining. Gareth joined Pam Golding Group as special projects executive in February 2006 to assist the group in diversifying its revenue streams outside of its traditional core business.
