Darren Goodson

Author, "How to profit from one of the biggest property booms in Eastern Europe"

Darren Goodson has been investing in the UK property market since 1995 and in Estonia since 2000. He has written numerous investment articles, books and reports as well as making contributions for international newspapers and property magazines. His ideas and systems have been used by a number of private investors in order to improve their wealth through property.

Darren recently featured on Overseas Property TV with John Daley in 'Property Kings', a programme that interviews entrepreneurs who have shown exceptional skills and experience in the property business.

Darren also runs a real estate agency in Estonia, Tallinn Property, catering specifically for the foreign property investor.

Peter Conradi

Peter Conradi is the author of Fly to Let and Editor of The Sunday Times Home. He is a keen investor in real estate, both in Britain and abroad. A graduate of Brasenose College, Oxford, he has been a foreign correspondent based in a number of cities, including Moscow and Brussels, and is currently the newspaper's property editor. He is the author of several books and lives in London with his wife, Roberta, and three children.
